Not going to lie.. I sort of forced this on my son, but he completely fell in love with the workouts. He had started going to the gym on his own which is awesome.. but we wanted him to have some sort of program to follow instead of just going and doing bench press and bicep curls and potentially hurting himself or doing the wrong things that'd effect his arm. I bought this on the whim thinking that i'd be worth the investment just to teach him how he should he be training in the gym but he ended up getting crazy into it and following the program religiously. He's added roughly 7-8MPH to his pitch this off-season which is crazy but i think it's a combination of his pitching coach and structured strength training. Definitely worth the purchase & next season we'll pick up your older program.
Reviewing as a baseball mom! I found Relentless when I was googling strength exercises that my young guy (12) could do at home. I'm as physical therpaist myself (have worked with plenty of baseball players) & I gotta say I absolutely love the approach you guys bring to strength training. A lot of other "trainers" have baseball players either doing gimmicky throwing exercises or lifting like their power lifters. These are the exact workouts I was looking for & so when I saw you had a youth program I decided to just purchase for my kiddo.. and the results have been great! I love that he's training properly, he loves that he's throwing harder, and it's given him some "swagger" out there versus the other kids. Will continue to recommend Relentless to both my clients and other parents! :)
Relentless Baseball was exactly what I needed this off-season. My strength & lifts have always been good but I got to the point where I felt I didn't really have to get any stronger and wanted to shift to training more functional & doing stuff that actually help me as a baseball player. The core work & mobility was awesome. My arm feels way better after throwing. 10/10 would recommend to other players.
I’ve been very impressed with the relentless programs. In Brazil we have very little hockey training like this, it’s either heavy bodybuilding work or light plyo work. I’ve really enjoyed that this program has it all. The strength work is very good for baseball with the core and power exercises. My bat speed feels way more explosive and my 60 time improved by 2 seconds at training camp this year. Thank you for this program.
Very good off-season for me. I am throwing much harder & have scouts at training camp have been very impressed with my play. Baseball training like this is very important and I was glad to have program to follow to make sure my workouts were focused on the right thing. Thank you for all the helps!
