Ryan was a division 1 baseball player who had just come off a great senior season.
His pitch recognition was elite, he had a smooth pro-level swing, and the naturally athletic shortstop who could make big plays.
And despite being scouted by pro teams – he went undrafted & hadn’t received a pro contract, not sure what to do next.
“I really thought after my numbers last season I’d have some decent offers, but I honestly might just have to go sell insurance…”
We had connected through Ryan’s teammate, Scott, who had trained with Coach Kyle in Toronto last off-season where he got away from their college strength coaches “old school heavy lifting” approach & radically rebuilt his body for performance.

He committed the process and the results paid off.

Awesome program. This was super helpful for me this off-season.. I just transferred schools & didn't have access to strength coach, but honestly this program was better than any workouts my previous strength coach had given me. I added probably 8-10lbs of muscle (which was the goal) but more importantly my sprint/velo numbers are all new PRs.
